Occie adalah nama si motor, plesetan dari nama belakangnya pembalap motoGP Valentino Rossi.

This actually not my mine, but belongs to my sista.  I just save the picture just as reminders. Because now she is outside the city. and I could no longer sit behind it…

Even so, when she came home I would have sat back down behind it again 🙂

Spies substitute Rossi at Yamaha

Rookie rider Ben Spies, will replace Valentino Rossi at the Yamaha factory team in the MotoGP world championship next season, according to the announcement of the Japanese manufacturer said on Friday.

26-year-old rider, who won the World Superbike Championship with Yamaha in 2009, looked impressive in his first season in MotoGP, with the race for the Tech 3 Yamaha team.

He is now the leading rookie and occupies the seventh position in the championship standings.

Spies became a strong candidate to take over the hot seat since the announcement that world champion Valentino Rossi will go to join Ducati.

“I feel happy that Yamaha recognize my potential and gave me the opportunity to rise to the manufacturing team so fast in my GP career.”

Rossi did not want to repeat the results in Brno

As in Brno Rossi ranked only fifth. But as his condition improved although not 100%, Rossi wants to achieve better results in Indianapolis.

Toward MotoGP Indianapolis, USA which will dihelat this weekend, Rossi seemed to feel more strongly on its physical condition. Though still not 100 percent, but the Italian driver was confident could perform better than previous series. Moreover, Rossi also won the race in Indi in the year 2008 in a major storm conditions.

“Today was a pretty fantastic race, but I did not expect such storm conditions will occur again. Because the current conditions are quite different from that moment. I’m not 100 percent fit, but I hope this weekend we will perform better in Indi, “hope Rossi.
